Bulgur with Vegetables
I love Bulgur in all combinations, here is another very, very tasty ...
- First prepare all the ingredients. Bring the water to a boil. Cut the peppers into cubes, the carrots as well, both onions as small as possible, the zucchini into quarters.
- In a larger deep frying pan, heat the oil and place both onions to fry well. Now add the paprika, tomato extract, mashed tomatoes and mix well and let it simmer for about 5 minutes, season with salt.
- Now combine the zucchini in it, pour in a little water and let it simmer at a medium temperature so that the vegetables soften. Now add bulgur (other rice can be added if desired), season with Vegeta, pepper, parsley, mix well, pour enough water to soak (not all at once, gradually add the rest of the water as needed). Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally and adding liquids if necessary. Cook until everything is fine, if you feel dry, add up to 300 ml of hot water.
