Bulgur with Vegetables
- Put bulgur together with water, salt, 2 tablespoons oil, mashed tomatoes in a small bowl to cook on low heat for 10 minutes, stir all the time. Cover now about leave to rest for 30 minutes.
- Then prepare the vegetables: Cut the onion into smaller cubes, peppers, tomatoes as desired, add finely chopped parsley, peas, olive oil, season with salt, pepper, lemon juice. Now add the standing bulgur and mix well.
- Serve well chilled.
