Bulgur with dumplings

I love everything with bulgur, here's another great combination.

Preparation steps

  • First make the dumplings: Combine the meat together with the onion, breadcrumbs, tomato puree, parsley and season to taste, mix well. Make smaller balls from the mixture, and place them on a larger plate.
  • In a larger, deeper pan, heat the oil, put the dumplings and fry them on all sides until finely browned, add finely chopped onions, carrots, mashed tomatoes and simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, add finely chopped parsley, season taste.
  • While the dumplings are simmering, add a little water as needed. Now add the bulgur and pour in the water to soak finely, season with paprika, vegeta, pepper to taste and cook until the bulgur softens.
