Bulgur with Curry
Very tasty, great combination.
- Melt the soup cube in boiling water. Fry onions in oil, add peppers, carrots and mix well. Fry well until the peppers are half soft, then add the zucchini, season to taste and mix for a few minutes. Add Cirry and parsley finely chopped.
- Now add the bulgur, pour in the water with the addition of the soup cube and mix well. Let simmer on low heat for about 15 minutes. Serve warm, garnish over with feta cheese and freshly chopped spring onions.
