- Fry finely chopped onion and finely chopped chicken fillet in a little olive oil.
- Add the chicory and carrots, cut into cubes. Simmer briefly.
- Add bulgur, season to taste (salt, pepper, vegeta), pour over water and cook covered, about 30 minutes.
- If necessary, add more water. Towards the end of cooking, add the cooking cream and simmer over low heat for a while.
