Bulgur salad


Preparation steps

  • First put the boiled bulgur with a little salt for ten minutes. Be careful not to overcook it. Drain the finished bulgur well, then put it in a larger bowl, pour a little oil and stir. Cut the vegan ham into cubes. Cut the mini tomatoes into slices. Cut the avocado into pieces and pour lime juice over it so that it does not turn black. Wash the arugula and cut it into small pieces. Add everything to the bowl with the bulgur. Make a topping. Put all the ingredients in a small bowl and mix them well. Pour the bulgur with the topping, add a little more lime juice and mix carefully. If desired, add hot pepper powder. Serve cold.
