I saw that she already has a recipe for buns, and it is wonderful, set by MASATERA, mine differs in nuance from hers in the preparation of the dough, more precisely in the ingredients.

Preparation steps

  • Heat the milk, stir the yeast in a little lukewarm water with one cube of sugar. Let it come. Add eggs, salt, sugar, vanilla sugar and yeast to the flour and finally milk. Knead a smooth dough and leave it to rise for about 1 hour. Shake the dough on a floured work surface. Spread with a rolling pin in the shape of a rectangle. Cut into 10x10 squares. Put the filling on each square as desired. (Cream, jam ...) Bend the ends and put them together well so that the buns do not come off and open during baking. Arrange them in an oiled pan. Coat each with melted butter. Cover with a napkin and let come. When they double, bake them over medium heat until golden brown. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Serving

With a glass of hot milk or white coffee, a wonderful breakfast :))
