Tasty and fragrant, hot or cold, big or small, always irresistible!
- In a deeper bowl, place 500 ml of warm milk, 2 eggs, two cups of oil, salt, sugar, yeast and baking powder, and whisk everything well.
- Divide the whipped mass into two parts and put 100 g of walnuts, 4 tablespoons of cocoa and 2 tablespoons of rum in one part, and 2 vanilla sugar and 100 g of coconut in the other part. Put flour in both parts as needed, cook the dough and leave it to rise.
- When the dough rises, unfold it and cut it into squares, fill with Eurocream and form balls. Bake until it starts to blush.
- If desired, you can roll the buns in powdered sugar or pour a little melted chocolate and sprinkle with walnuts or coconut.
