- The yeast is put to rise.
- Mix flour, milk, butter, vanilla sugar, lemon sugar (I used lemon zest), a little salt, sugar, rum, egg and yeast ... knead a soft dough and let it rise.
- When the dough has risen, mix it a bit and cut it into smaller pieces, roll them out a bit so that they are not too thick, but not too thin, and put the jam in the middle as desired, then make a small ball, coat it with egg. Place in a tray greased with margarine and bake at 170-180 ° C, 25-30 min.
