Buhtle with chocolate spread
I make buhtle with walnuts, poppy seeds, various types of jam and cheese, and let me try chocolate spread ...
- Knead the dough from flour, dry yeast, sugar, a little salt, milk, eggs, butter and if necessary a little warm water. Make it well, cover, leave in a warm place to double the volume.
- When the dough is sour, roll it out on the work surface and cut it into equal cubes, put a teaspoon of the filling, ie chocolate spread, on each one and make a ball.
- Arrange the resulting dough balls in a pre-greased round mold, until you have used up all the dough. Smear each ball with a cake brush with melted butter on all sides. Then cover them and let them sour a little more, until the oven heats up.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the buns for about 40 minutes or depending on your oven.
Serve with a hot drink of your choice ... sprinkle them with sugar or some serve them with homemade compote ... good taste!
