Preparation steps

  • Dissolve fresh yeast in warm milk. Combine all ingredients and place the dough to rise next to the oven for half an hour.
  • Roll out the dough, cut into cubes and put the jam in the middle. Join the ends and make balls.
  • Arrange in a protvan coated with oil and flour. Leave them to rise for 15 minutes in the heat and cut the margarine over them and put them in the oven. After fifteen minutes, soak the paper shkaniclin in water and cover the buns to continue baking.
  • The buns are baked for about half an hour. When they are done, take some margarine and coat them. When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Serving

Sprinkle the buns with powdered sugar.
