Preparation steps

  • From the listed ingredients for the dough, knead a smooth soft dough. Leave in a warm place for about half an hour to rise. Then roll it out 1 cm thick and into cubes and fill with the desired filling. Arrange in a greased tin and coat them with margarine. Then leave again for about half an hour. Bake at 180 for about 30-40 minutes. it all depends on your oven. I baked these for 35 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with powdered sugar while still hot.
  • Serve with coffee or tea or cocoa or. . . . .
