Preparation steps

  • Mix dry yeast into the sifted flour, make a hole in the middle and add eggs, sugar and salt and warm milk mixed with margarine, then mix well into a soft dough and leave covered with a cloth for about 1 hour.
  • Coat the baking tin with margarine and sprinkle with sugar. Roll out the dough, cut it in half into two parts and cut each into 6 equal pieces. If desired, put a teaspoon of jam and shape into balls. Put them in a mold in a small pan and leave for another 20-30 minutes covered with a cloth. Bake at 180 ° C for about 20-25 minutes. Sprinkle warm with powdered sugar.
