Preparation steps

  • ~ Soak the yeast with water and milk and add sugar to it, when the yeast comes to knead the flour dough (according to the recipe it goes 1 kg, I put 800 grams because it's so much better for me) add one egg and grated lemon peel and 1 teaspoon of salt…
  • ~ Knead the soft dough by smearing oil on your hand and beating the dough well.
  • ~ Cut the dough into cubes, put a little jam or marmalade on each cube (I like apricots the most)
  • ~ Separately melt half the margarine (125gr)
  • ~ Gather the dough into a ball, dip it in margarine and arrange it in a round pan so that the upper part is the one dipped in margarine…
  • ~ When you're done, leave the buns to come in the pan for another 15 minutes…
  • ~ Bake in a preheated oven until golden brown…
  • ~ Cool the roast a little and sprinkle with powdered sugar…
