Soft and fine, perfect with salt of tea or milk
- In a bowl, mix lukewarm milk, sugar and yeast and leave for 20 minutes. In another bowl, mix melted butter, vanilla sugar, eggs, sugar and add to the flour with a pinch of salt, mix briefly and add the yeast and milk mixture and knead the dough. Cover with a clean cloth. and allow to grow.
- Coat the refractory bowl with butter. Shake the risen dough on a surface sprinkled with a little flour and divide it into 12 equal parts. Flatten each part by hand, put 2 cups of jam in the middle and put all the ends in the middle to get a ball. Arrange in a refractory bowl with down and leave to double.
- Preheat the oven to 170 °. Coat the risen buns with melted butter and bake for 35 minutes. Cool briefly, then sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve warm.
