Preparation steps

  • mix all the ingredients well and leave the dough to rise for an hour. when the dough rises it should be mixed and shaped, cut into cubes and filled with jam. before baking leave for half an hour and coat with egg. bake for 20 minutes (depending on the oven) ) when baked sprinkle them with a little cold water and cover with a cloth :) enjoy;)
