Buckwheat porridge with chicken livers

Great side dish with all meat dishes.

Preparation steps

  • Finely chop the onion and put the dinsatati together with the diced carrots, in a little oil until they soften. While it is simmering, cut the chicken liver into smaller pieces or grate it with a knife.
  • When the onion is stewed, add sliced ​​liver, vegetable cube, season with a little salt and pepper and simmer for another 15 minutes.
  • In the meantime, put the buckwheat porridge to boil and when it is cooked, mix it with the liver and season everything as desired.


Serve it with various roasts. We had a roast duck.
