- Boil the cauliflower in hot salted water. Then strain it.
- Also cook the pasta as always according to the instructions of the bag, ie the type of macaroni. Strain it.
- Then in a small pan add a couple of teaspoons of sour milk or yogurt and cauliflower and cook a little, to melt.
- Put the pasta in a plate, then the cauliflower in the sauce, then the chopped winter beets and a little homemade ketchup.
