a seasonal recipe for those who don’t know how to consume cherries. You just have to be skilled and pick them with stalks :) Dear rankos, I am giving you this recipe for your special day;)
- Wash the cherries together with the stalks, then leave them to drain and dry.
- Make a liquid dough (thicker than for pancakes) from flour, eggs, milk, ground walnuts and maraschino.
- Then take 3-4 cherries carefully for the stalks, dip them together in the prepared dough and fry in quite hot oil.
- Arrange the fried cherries on a tray and sprinkle with a mixture of powdered sugar and ground cinnamon.
