Bread vitamin C
I love homemade bread, this recipe delighted me because the bread is extremely soft and very tasty, its name is because one of the ingredients is vitamin C!
- In lukewarm water (4dec) dissolve half a tablet of Vitamin, add fresh yeast and mix well. Flour, salt, sugar put in a bowl, add softened margarine or fat, add the yeast, knead everything and leave briefly for about 15 minutes in a warm place. if desired, make 2 smaller loaves of dough or pour all the dough into a greased mold, leave the dough again in a warm place for about 1 hour. After that, bake it for about 35-40 minutes at 200C, before the end of baking, reduce the temperature a little.
