Preparation steps

  • Melt the chocolate and combine with all the ingredients for the base. Coat a tray 26 cm in diameter with oil, pour the mixture for the base, thin it on the bottom and sides of the mold up to 2 cm in height, leave in the fridge
  • Pour sour cream, butter and sugar into a small pan and heat until boiling, remove from the heat and put the broken white chocolate and stir to melt. Add the coconut then mix and leave in the fridge to cool, about 1 hour.
  • Pour the coconut filling on the base with the biscuits
  • flatten and refrigerate
  • Heat the sour cream and butter until pre-boiling, add the crushed chocolate and stir to melt, pour over the coconut filling and return to the fridge to set well.
  • Garnish as desired, I made balls of 50 g biscuits, 50 g chocolate and a little sweet sour cream with a spoonful of rum
  • Serve well chilled, best to spend the night
