Boats with eggs and sudzuk
It is simple, done quickly, generously and above all delicious ....
- Carefully cut off the upper part of the rolls and hollow out the middle so that they form boats, save the middle of one roll.
- In a larger bowl, break the eggs and whisk them with a wire. Add sour cream, finely chopped sudzuk, finely chopped spring onions, sour cream, finely chopped middle of one muffin and spices. Finally, stir in the grated cheese.
- Fill the boats with the mixture. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 20-25 minutes or until nicely browned.
Serve them hot as dinner or breakfast, with yogurt ... or cold beer :)
