Black spaghetti with reishi mushroom and mushroom sauce

Very tasty sauce, and unusual, and eye-pleasing spaghetti.

Preparation steps

  • Fry finely chopped shallots and garlic in olive oil. Add the champignons, which we have halved only in half, and leave the smaller ones whole, and reishi mushrooms. Fry until the mushrooms release their juice, add spices, and pour over the cooking cream. Cook for another 15 minutes.
  • Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package, rinse under cold water, season with olive oil. Pour the sauce over the spaghetti, and grate the gouda. To enjoy!
