This is a recipe from the book HOMEMADE CAKES is very nice and tasty.
- Mix 4 egg whites when it has become firm, add sugar, mix until sugar dissolves, add egg yolks and mix at low speed, then add dry ingredients that you previously mixed together with flour. Stir gently and place in a deep greased and floured mold, Bake for 40 minutes at 160-180 C.
- Good apetite !
Cut the cold cake and serve. You can use walnuts or hazelnuts instead of almonds.
