Biscuits with anise (aniseed curls)

Preparation steps

  • As a rule, this recipe goes like this: as much as the eggs weigh, so much sugar and flour is added (in my case it was 200g)! Whisk in the egg whites. Whisk the egg yolks and sugar, add the baking flour and snow! Sprinkle with a couple of anise grains. Bake for about 10 minutes at 180 ”c! Put hot in a glass to“ bend ”a bit, so they are called bent!
