Beef steak with black ground truffle
Black ground truffle goes perfectly with meat dishes, especially as a juicy and tasty sauce with beef steaks. If you love sauces, then don’t miss to try this premium dish.
- Melt the butter in a pan and add the spicy beef steaks. Fry them over low heat (approximately 3 minutes on each side).
- Separate the prepared meat in another bowl. Add the cooking cream and ground black truffle to the butter on which you fried the meat. Season the sauce as needed and boil briefly.
- Add the steaks to the finished sauce and cook for another two minutes. You can add a few drops of Zigante olive oil with a black truffle flavor to the finished dish.
- Serve cooked vegetables or baked potatoes with this dish.
