Beef "A La Wild"

This is how it is done in our family ... for generations :)

Preparation steps

  • Add a little pepper to the steak and beat well with a meat mallet. Roll each one a little in flour and fry briefly in olive oil on both sides, just to catch the flour for them and turn a little yellow. Take them out and set aside.
  • In the same pan, fry the onion and bacon, add the peppercorns, bay leaf and carrots and return the meat. Add garlic and prunes, tomato concentrate stirred in a glass of cold water, season and wait for it to boil.
  • Reduce the heat, pour in the wine and cook gently until the meat is completely tender. Finally sprinkle with parsley.


Serve with gnocchi or bread dumplings.
