- Melt the butter in a liter jar. Add the garlic and fry lightly so that it does not turn brown, then add the flour and continue frying. Before the flour starts to turn yellow, add milk and stir with a wire so that no lumps form. Add salt and spices as desired. Heat the beshamel again and stir constantly until you get a fine cream. This kind of bechamel can be stored in the refrigerator, but it is not recommended to freeze it. You get about half a liter of beshamel, I used it for two drinks.
