This is a recipe from the mom of my good friend, Elke, it is outstanding and you can make these cookies when you want to eat something good and delicious.

Preparation steps

  • 1. Mix flour, sugar, pastry and vanilla. 2. Add butter, oil, 1 whole egg and 1 egg white, milk and the rind of 1 lemon and mix everything well. 3. Leave to stand for one hour. 4. Peel and grate the apples. Caramelize the sugar a little, add the apples, fry well and add the juice of 1 lemon, vanilla and apricot jam and mix well. 5. Scatter the rind, take out the circles with a cup, put the apple filling in the middle, put another circle on top and press around with a fork. Coat with egg yolk that has a little milk. 6. Bake at 200 st.C until golden brown.


These cookies last a long time and you don’t need to freeze them.
