- For the cream, boil half of the milk and in the other half mix the sugar, pudding and flour, pour in the boiling milk. Cook the cream until it thickens, stirring occasionally with a mixer, set aside to cool and cover with cling film.
- Whisk the eggs, add sugar and oil and finally lightly flour with baking powder and for a dark biscuit and cocoa with flour and powder.
- Make softened butter or margarine with vanilla sugar and add chilled cream. Cut the bananas into thin slices. Make a sweet whipping cream.
