Banana and millet pudding
when you feel like eating chocolate-banana cream, here's something to sweeten
- Mix milk, water and millet and simmer for about 40 minutes, until you get a thick mass, but not too thick. Then add the oatmeal (can also be topped with chocolate or plain), oatmeal, fructose, cocoa and cook until thickened.
- Add a banana and a few drops of vanilla flavoring and whisk with a stick mixer. Serve chilled.
