I got this recipe from my dear friend Avven from Iraq…

Preparation steps

  • Mix all the ingredients. Spread one crust with oil, put another on it, coat it with oil and then a third, it is not smeared with oil but in a thin layer coated with filling only halfway. Then cut into 6 strips and roll them into a triangle. So repeat the process until you have used up all the crust and filling. Put the oven at 36o F. Bake until golden brown. In the meantime, cook the sherbet from the listed ingredients. Just cut the lemon and put it to cook with the sherbet.
