Baileys-Muffins with pieces of chocolate
for now MY favorite muffin, of all the muffins I've tried :)
- Prepare a muffin tin, line them with paper baskets or just oil and flour. Turn the oven to 180 degrees to preheat.
- Eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar mix to make frothy. Combine the oil and liqueur together, then add the egg mixture a little at a time. Mix the flour and baking powder first with a whisk, then add to the egg mixture. Mix everything lightly to connect everything well. Add washed and well-drained cranberries and chopped chocolate.
- Fill into the mold, but not all the way to the top much. It turns out exactly 12 muffins. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, but it is best to check with a toothpick if it is dry. Baked muffins skrozzzz cool.
- For the topping, mix the powdered sugar well with the liqueur. So pour over the muffins. Still decorate with sugar crumbs. If you don't want to, you don't have to, but I did :) After that, good luck :)
They are great for me and without chocolate and cranberries just as clean with this sugar topping, they are great !!!
