For everyone who loved tzatziki and avocado ... from now on this combination can be all at once!
- Grate the cucumber, leave it to stand for a while, squeeze it because the cucumber will release juice.
- Put the avocado in a blender, add the lemon juice and mix. Then add yogurt, squeezed cucumber, chopped dill and other spices and combine everything.
This avocado dip can be served immediately or can be stored in the refrigerator for a few days. I serve it as a dip with grilled meat / sausages or with bread.
