Aromatic leafy cupcakes
Refresh the menu with fantastically aromatic leafy cupcakes. Simply fill the puff pastry in the muffin tin with the filling and bake in the oven.
- Roll out the dough thinly (44x33 cm) and cut into 12 squares (11x11 cm).
- Arrange the dough in muffin tins.
- Beat eggs and sweet cream. Add sliced sun-dried tomatoes, sliced olives, grated cheese, sliced prosciutto and basil.
- Spread the prepared mixture into a puff pastry. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 ° C for about 25 minutes.
Serve hot or cold.
If you want to get a more intense taste, add 1 teaspoon of Mediterranean herbs mix.
