Apricot fruit bread
If meat and dairy products do not suit you, you may belong to blood group A! In this case, the author of the diet by blood groups, recommends that you get calcium, iron and B vitamins from other sources - such as apricots and cereals!
- Mix the yogurt, egg and jam, then add the flour mixed with the spices and baking powder.
- Mix until the dough is uniform. Finally, lightly mix apricots and peeled currants into the dough.
- Place the dough in a greased oblong mold and bake for 60 minutes at 180 ° C.
- Remove the baked bread from the mold and cool on a metal rack.
Serve fruit bread with a cup of fruit tea.
Instead of rice flour, you can use whole wheat flour.
