Apple biscuit cake
A quick, juicy cake with apples, biscuits and chocolate :)
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Grind the biscuits (I used integral ones) and mix in baking powder and sifted cocoa.
- Peel and grate the apples, then add them to the biscuit mixture, then add the milk.
- Beat the eggs with the sugars and add to the biscuit mixture. Add the chocolate, cut the butter into slices and melt on a steamer while stirring, then mix into the mixture.
- Pour the mixture into an oiled baking tray (30 x 18cm rectangular or 24-25cm round) and bake for about 40 minutes. Pour your favorite chocolate glaze over the baked cake, pour over fruit syrup, with ice cream or just sprinkle with powdered sugar. It can be served hot or cold.
