Apple and cornflakes cake
A little different cookie but no less tasty and juicy than the others :)
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Grate the apples, mix in the sugar and let the juice run.
- Coarsely grind the cornflakes and mix in the yoghurt and beaten egg, then add the remaining apples and all the other ingredients. Finally mix in the thickener mixed with the powder.
- Shake the mixture into a lightly oiled square or round mold (mine is 24x15 cm square) Bake for about 45 minutes. Leave to cool, then cut and sprinkle with powdered sugar or pour some syrup. Good apetite:)
