A quick dessert for everyone who loves the taste of amaretto.

Preparation steps

  • Whisk separately the egg yolks with 100 g of sugar and especially the egg whites with 100 g of sugar. Mix lightly. Whip the sweet cream and combine with the mascarpone cheese. Add the amaretto. Combine all ingredients by lightly stirring. Mix the integral biscuit into a coarser texture and sprinkle with amaretto. Arrange the rows in the cups and sprinkle each row with crash cocoa
