ala TIRAMISU

Without coffee and eggs so "ala".

Preparation steps

  • Whip the whipping cream, but not to the end. Make the mascarpone with the sugar and add the cream and mix everything together briefly. Melt the chocolate in milk and then dip the biscuits in it. Arrange a row of biscuits, sprinkle with amaretto and coat with half of the cream. Again biscuits, amaretto and finally cream. Sprinkle with cocoa powder or grated chocolate, and if you forget:) you can do without. Cool well in the refrigerator.
  • Note: If the cheese or whipped cream is too sweet (depending on the type) the sugar may be reduced. I recommend using cream with milk fat instead of vegetable fat although both types can.
