Russian cold soup, very refreshing on hot summer days

Preparation steps

  • vegetables, eggs, hams or meat cut into small cubes ... in a special bowl mix yogurt a little sour, horseradish, mustard on top of a teaspoon, salt and add chopped vegetables mix everything together, sprinkle fresh dill finely chopped and the soup is ready .. .who likes yeast according to the original Russian recipe it is made with yeast or kefir ... I am honestly more for the variant with our good old milk yogurt ...
