Spaghetti with Adriatic ingredients is prepared quickly and easily, and numerous variations are possible according to your own taste. Feel like you are at sea.
- Cook the spaghetti in boiling, salted water. Drain them, but save 3-4 tablespoons of water in which the spaghetti was cooked. Finely chop the garlic and fry it briefly in olive oil. Add spices and olives to the oil, remove from the heat and add the feta crushed into pieces (make sure that the pieces of cheese are not too thick, so that they do not melt completely) and spaghetti water. Serve the spaghetti on shallow plates, pour the sauce over them. Arrange olives and pieces of tuna around, and put the bolognese sauce in the middle.
I dedicate this recipe to my darling. I designed it to be just to his taste and the two of us often enjoy this dish and imagine we are on the Adriatic. For ease of preparation, you can make it in pairs, quickly for a loved one (because it won’t take you much valuable time together), change the ingredients to your liking, and ultimately enjoy the results.
