Acacia flower juice

You can still pick a flower and make a great homemade juice!

Preparation steps

  • Gather as many flowers as you want and arrange in a jar as much as it fits, I lined it up in a 2l jar! Pour water over it, add lemon juice or lemon juice! Leave it to stand for 24 hours!
  • The next day, strain the juice through a strainer, then add 500 g of sugar per liter of juice. Stir until the sugar dissolves, then pour the juice into glass bottles! Serve the finished syrup with water (plain or sour) and enjoy the perfect, intoxicating and fragrant juice!
