Acacia flower as a treat or side dish

Have you ever tried to eat an acacia flower? If you haven't, make this treat and make sure that in addition to enjoying its aroma, you can also enjoy its taste.

Preparation steps

  • Make a thicker pancake mixture by whipping the egg yolks with milk and flour mixed with a little baking powder and very little salt, and then mix in the beaten egg whites. Dip acacia flowers in this mixture and fry in hot oil. Sprinkle the powder with sugar mixed with vanilla sugar. In case you want to serve an acacia flower as a side dish, add a little more salt to the mixture. And of course don’t sprinkle it with sugar.
