Abšmalcane pods with potatoes

Preparation steps

  • Saute finely chopped onion in melted fat until soft.
  • Add the finely chopped garlic and fry briefly to release the aroma.
  • Put diced potatoes on onion and garlic.
  • When the potatoes are left add the cooked beans and continue to simmer with occasional watering.
  • Simmer until the vegetables are soft and all the liquid has evaporated.
  • Season with salt, pepper and add finely chopped dill.
  • Serve as a side dish.
