Preparation steps

  • Beat the egg whites with the sugar until stiff. Then mix in the coconut and flour. Bake in a small mold for about 15 minutes at 180, in the ventilation for about 10 minutes at 160 degrees. Separately mix 300g of ABC cheese with 100g of powdered sugar. Add the juice of one lime. Mix everything together and put the cream on the cooled biscuit. Return the cake ring, it will be easier for you to spread the cream. Peel a mango, chop it with a stick mixer and pour it over the cream. Sprinkle with coconut and refrigerate for 2-3 hours. If you don't know what to do with egg yolks, put them in cream. First, cook them with powdered sugar for about 10 minutes. When the mixture has cooled, add it to the mixture of cheese and whipped cream with lime. Instead of mango, maybe papaya, pineapple ...

Serving
