Preparation steps

  • Grind dried figs on a machine and put them in a deep bowl. Add ground hazelnuts, powdered sugar, juice and grated peel of one orange and one tablespoon of rum. Mix all the ingredients nicely and make balls the size of walnuts.
  • Place the balls in the fridge to harden a little. In the meantime, melt the cooking chocolate. Take the balls out of the fridge and dip each ball in the melted chocolate, then place them on paper to make the chocolate hard. Place a whole hazelnut on top.
