A different fake cheesecake
This cake has no name. Cut to cheesecake and mousse cake. The cream is unknown. Fine and light cake
- Make a crust of ground biscuits, melted butter, and freshly squeezed juice. Add the juice gradually until the desired softness of the crust. Dip the crust into a 24 cm mold.
- Soak the white gelatin leaves in cold water for 5 minutes. Drain the water. Dissolve the gelatin in a little heated vanilla sauce.
- Mix yogurt, vanilla sauce and previously whipped sweet cream (mix into a icing but not too much), add gelatun at the end. Combine and arrange on the crust. Leave in the fridge to squeeze the cream
- Note: I bought a ready-made vanilla sauce. If it is not available to buy at your home. Recipe: 5 dl of milk, 3 egg yolks, 3-4 tablespoons of sugar, 1 teaspoon of starch flour (density), one slice of vanilla. Mix egg yolks, milk, sugar, thickener, grated vanilla seeds and vanilla sticks. Cook gently until slightly thickened. Bubbles should form slowly. There is no need to boil. Remove from the heat and remove the vanilla stalk. Cool by placing the bowl in cold water, stirring until cool. This sauce is great for desserts
Serve with fruit sauce (cherries, raspberries, strawberries, blueberries ...)
