Preparation steps

  • Knead the flour with previously prepared yeast, milk and 100 margarine, divide it into two equal parts and make two crusts the size of a tray in which we can store it. Place the first crust in a greased pan, coat it with 50 gr. melted with margarine, sprinkle with cream cheese mixed with two eggs, put another crust on top of it, coat it with another 50 gr. melted margarine and again gmece cheese with 2 eggs, leave the dough to sour and bake.
