Preparation steps

  • Beat eggs, yogurt, oil, salt, yeast and baking powder ... then add flour and knead the dough until it is medium smooth. So cover the dough and leave for about 2 hours to rise.
  • When the dough rises, divide this amount into cookies, if desired, mix each cookie into a pinch of flour and stretch the crust to the thickness of the pizza base ...
  • Melt the masala and coat each crust with it and stack them on top of each other. Finally, coat with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Leave it to stand in the heat for another half an hour and bake for about 20 minutes at 180 degrees until it gets a nice color.


The bread is served cut into slices, or cubes, or simply broken by hand and then, due to more crusts, it really looks "crunchy". It goes perfectly with various dairy products, cured meat products, salads ...
